Focus on what TO eat.

There is so much dietary advice on avoiding this, not eating that, limiting calories, and restriction. This negative language and feelings it instills on us at the end of the day does not motivate us and can sometimes encourage feelings of rebellion to want to overconsume. Instead, focusing on what we SHOULD be including can be a game changer.

The body needs the right ingredients to work its best. The right stuff will increase metabolism, satisfy you, give you energy, and support a healthy weight.


Yes, avoiding the junk is a good idea, but focusing on what TO include is even more important. If you do not get in what you need your metabolism is slow, immune system weak, and body fat likely elevated.

So what should you focus on? Great volumes of non-starchy vegetables, quality proteins in meals and healthy fats. Including these foods in abundance with no restriction put on them, we tend to eat proper amounts our body needs. And when its REAL food you can eat more of it.
